STATIC SHIPPING POLICY

At STATIC, many products are produced specifically for each order. This means your order may require production time before it is shipped.
Please review the following information regarding order processing, shipping, tracking, delivery, and shipping-related issues.
ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION
Many STATIC products are made to order and require production before shipment.
Production and shipping are separate stages of the order process. Once production is complete and the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment will begin its journey to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, fulfillment location, availability, and other operational factors.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, holidays, or other peak periods, production may take longer than usual.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on:
- the destination country or region;
- the fulfillment location;
- the product ordered;
- the shipping method;
- carrier operations;
- customs processing, where applicable; and
- circumstances outside the reasonable control of STATIC.
Shipping estimates do not include production time.
Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout, in order notifications, or through shipment tracking are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, transportation disruptions, labour disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after a shipping confirmation is issued. In some cases, tracking information may not update immediately after a shipping label is created or after the package first enters the carrier network.
Customers are responsible for monitoring available tracking information and ensuring that delivery can be completed at the shipping address provided.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Items from the same order may occasionally be produced or fulfilled separately.
As a result, an order may arrive in more than one package or at different times.
Where available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean the remaining items are missing. Please review all available tracking information associated with the order.
SHIPPING ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information when placing an order.
Please carefully review your:
- full name;
- street address;
- unit or apartment number, where applicable;
- city;
- province, state, or region;
- postal or ZIP code;
- country;
- email address; and
- phone number, where requested.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact STATIC immediately at staticsignalshop@gmail.com.
We will make every reasonable effort to assist with an address correction, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipping has begun.
Once an order has shipped, the delivery address may no longer be changeable.
STATIC is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
STATIC may ship to international destinations where shipping service is available.
Shipping availability depends on the destination, product, fulfillment route, and available shipping service.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import fees, or other destination-specific charges.
Where such charges apply and are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Customs processing times vary by destination and may cause delays outside STATIC’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information so that carriers or customs authorities can contact the recipient when necessary.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Occasional shipping delays can occur after an order has been dispatched.
A temporary delay, limited tracking movement, or a missed estimated delivery date does not necessarily mean a package has been lost.
Before contacting STATIC regarding a delayed shipment, please:
- Review the latest tracking information.
- Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct.
- Check for delivery notices from the carrier.
- Check around the delivery location and with other members of the household or building, where applicable.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the shipment appears significantly delayed, contact us at staticsignalshop@gmail.com with your order number.
We will review the available shipment information and assist with investigating the issue.
LOST PACKAGES
If tracking indicates that a shipment appears to be lost in transit, contact STATIC at staticsignalshop@gmail.com.
Please include:
- your order number;
- the name used on the order; and
- the shipping address.
STATIC will review the shipment information and, where appropriate, work with the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances and outcome of the investigation, an eligible resolution may include replacement or refund.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- check around the delivery location;
- check with members of your household;
- check with neighbours where appropriate;
- check with building management, concierge, or reception staff where applicable; and
- contact the shipping carrier for available delivery information.
Packages are sometimes left in secure or unexpected locations at the delivery address.
After completing these steps, contact STATIC at staticsignalshop@gmail.com if the package still cannot be located. We will review the available information and assist where reasonably possible.
A carrier delivery scan does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund or replacement. Each situation will be reviewed based on the available tracking information and circumstances.
DAMAGED PACKAGES OR ITEMS
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, or if the item inside has been damaged during shipping, contact STATIC within 5 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- your order number;
- a brief description of the issue;
- a clear photograph of the entire item;
- clear photographs showing the damage;
- photographs of the shipping package; and
- photographs of the shipping label where possible.
Please keep the damaged item and packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Do not return a damaged item unless instructed to do so by STATIC.
Eligible damaged-item claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
UNCLAIMED, REFUSED, OR RETURNED-TO-SENDER PACKAGES
Packages may be returned to the sender because of:
- incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
- unsuccessful delivery attempts;
- failure to claim a shipment;
- failure to respond to carrier or customs requests;
- refusal of delivery; or
- other circumstances that prevent successful delivery.
If a shipment is returned because of customer-provided address information or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may be required before the order is reshipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Orders may enter production shortly after being placed.
Contact STATIC as soon as possible to request a cancellation or order change.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Once an order has entered production, changes to the product, size, colour, quantity, or other product details may not be possible.
Shipping-address changes may also become unavailable once an order has entered fulfillment or the shipping process.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections, order details, and shipping information before completing checkout.
