STATIC RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident ordering from STATIC. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Because many STATIC products are produced specifically for each order, please review the following return and refund conditions before making a purchase.
RETURNS
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- unused;
- in its original condition;
- free from stains, odours, hair, or other signs of wear; and
- returned with original tags attached, where applicable.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
To request a return, contact us at staticsignalshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Do not send merchandise back without first contacting STATIC and receiving return instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
For standard returns, including returns related to size, fit, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item.
STATIC is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return has been completed.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the return resulted from an error with the order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every STATIC order should arrive as intended.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- your order number;
- a brief description of the issue;
- a clear photograph of the entire item;
- clear photographs showing the affected area or problem; and
- photographs of the packaging when shipping damage is involved.
After reviewing the claim, STATIC will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Please do not return a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item unless instructed to do so by STATIC.
Approved replacements for eligible damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
SIZING AND FIT
STATIC products are offered in different garment styles, constructions, and silhouettes.
Depending on the product, the intended fit may be oversized, relaxed, loose, drop-shoulder, or otherwise intentionally styled.
Please review the size guide and product information provided on the product page before ordering.
Selecting an incorrect size or preferring a different fit is considered a standard return and is not considered a product defect.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Certain STATIC products use intentional garment treatments and design characteristics that may include:
- vintage washing;
- enzyme washing;
- snow washing;
- sun fading;
- distressing;
- fraying;
- paint splatter effects;
- print variation; and
- other intentional finishing treatments.
Natural or intentional variations associated with these processes are part of the garment’s design and are not considered defects.
EXCHANGES
STATIC does not currently process direct exchanges.
For an eligible size or product change, return the original item according to this policy and place a new order for the preferred item or size.
This approach helps avoid delays caused by waiting for returned merchandise to be received and processed before a replacement order enters production.
FINAL SALE
Items clearly marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Final Sale restrictions do not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Orders may enter production shortly after being placed.
Contact STATIC as soon as possible to request a cancellation or order change. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Once an order has entered production, changes to the product, size, colour, quantity, or other product details may not be possible.
Shipping-address changes may also become unavailable once an order has entered fulfillment or the shipping process.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details and shipping information before completing checkout.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Items returned to STATIC without prior return authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
